If you travel regularly and also exercise regularly, you'll know how difficult it can be to get a workout in when you're away from home. Hotel rooms don't exactly provide a set of dumbbells! One option is exercise bands - they're lightweight and you can get a decent amount of exercise with them if you're creative. But if you're someone who likes a serious workout and lifting heavy weight, they're limited, as are bodyweight exercises. So this new invention by Exerbell is a very cool innovation to fill a niche that needs filling. It's pretty simple - a fillable "kettlebell", which is basically a heavy-duty sack with a handle, which you can pack in the smallest case or bag, take with you, and fill with water or sand at your destination. This is as low-tech as possible - no apps, gadgets or gizmos, which to be honest is a bit of a breath of fresh air these days. It's pretty much a (maximum14 kg/30lbs) kettlebell that you can take anywhere - and we think that's pretty cool! Can't believe no-one thought of it before.
