In commemoration of the C-Type's 70th anniversary, Jaguar are producing a small number of limited-edition cars. This production run of this iconic classic-car will "reflect the 1953 Le Mans-winning works team car specification, including a 3.4-litre straight-six engine with triple Weber 40DCO3 carburettors for 220bhp, and disc brakes."
These hand-built beauties will be as though you were driving a C-type fresh of the production line in 1953. Not only that, but Jaguar have built a customisation feature on their website, where those lucky enough to be able to afford such a once-in-a-lifetime vehicle can create the car of their dreams - from the colour (we'd go for the suede green), to the interior, to the badge.
