This little piece of minimalist, off-grid heaven is the Space of Mind cabin. A collaboration between Finnish Studio Puisto Architects, manufacturer Protos Demos and Scandinavian furniture maker Made by Choice, the Space of Mind cabin's purpose is in the name - to create a place for you to to unwind, disconnect and get some headspace.
These nifty little cabins are delivered fully assembled to your desired location - be it your back garden or the top of a mountain (assuming you own said mountain, the cabin can even be delivered by helicopter). Although, you'd better check for delivery outside Finland!
The cabin can be used for a multitude of purposes - from a simple garden-studio or home-gym, to a sauna or off-grid rental - although the cabin can be connected to the grid if you wish, or can come with solar panels to provide electricity and gas for heating. The cabin is available in three different cladding options, including wood and black corrugated steel.
The interior of the cabin is designed as a modular system, with the furniture, which is customised to your needs, and handcrafted, being attached via rungs on the walls, giving you the ability to change the space over time if you desire. The total footprint of the cabin is just 10m2.
